Im Janna M. Founder/Owner and Operator here at Beauty Brow & Lash located in the beautiful St. Augustine FL. Ive been in the industry since 2014. Making 2019 my year to go full on professional and acquire my licenses. Within this past decade it took me five years to fully become confident at being a licensed professional. I now specialize in a profound amount of skills within my profession.  My love for helping others has expanded to the depths of wanting to spread my helpful tips and guide all the beauties within this industry.

The Beauty Boss Mentorship Program is not just a Black & White digital or hard copy of cheat codes on how to skip ahead; or how to win in this crowed digital world. This program is me “Janna M” pouring extensive experience into you based off my own trials and tribulations. We tend to rush our process of success without true understanding for what’s to come in the future. I can state that I’m personally not a loud business owner. I love what I do and keep the focus on just that. I offer this program that will bring out the best of the best within you. To guide all your tactics, plans and mature your mindset needed for the goal you’re chasing.

Within this program is Great Leadership that includes 3 Phases in which I will do a breakdown on efficient business ethics, knowledge, and skill set.
